Delete your Alkestore account

From the app (easiest)

1. Open Alkestore and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app, sign in here to delete your account. Your password is only used to check that the account is yours: it is sent directly to the Alkestore server, encrypted.

Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” in the app, or write to us from the account’s email address at contact@alkestore.tech with the subject “Account deletion”: we delete it within 7 days.

What is erased

• Immediately: your account, profile, shops, ads and their photos, favourites, conversations and messages, reviews and notifications, days of use.
• Within 30 days: copies in technical backups, which are overwritten automatically.

What is kept

• Overall statistics (for example “120 ads viewed in Kaloum that day”), which cannot identify you.
• Technical security logs (IP addresses), 30 days at most.
• Information required by law or by an authority (an ongoing investigation, for example), for as long as necessary.
